Long Island City Retail Studies

As part of an on-going search for a client’s new retail space, Swis.Loc has prepared numerous space planning studies evaluating merchandising layouts and quickly modeled mock-ups giving an early glimpse of how the space might look and feel once completed.  The store will be separated into two spaces: a front of house whose furnishings borrow heavily from the worn formality of nineteenth century general stores and traditional Scandinavian interiors and a back room that is equal parts stockroom, workshop, and lounge/parlor.
