This street level storefront opens into a tall, deep main gallery. Conceived as a merging of the hidden storefronts of the Lower East Side and large warehouse spaces of Chelsea, renovation of the double-height space required installation of new HVAC and lighting systems along with new minimally detailed, stark white walls. Whitewashed concrete floors and customized floodlighting result in a luminous, airy space.
